Hey There Friend 👋🏻

You have reached connect (KIND), the newest way to find your weight loss BFF. If you are currently on Weight Watchers you probably know about “connect”. It’s the best social media community around. On connect you can share triumphs and struggles, make friends and learn new skills from others. If you are not on WW and you are interested in weight loss & healthy living you really should sign up. I don’t work for them AT ALL but here’s a link in case you want in: CLICK HERE.
That being said, after you explore connect for awhile you might find that the people on there are the coolest in the world. And because of that you really want to be besties with someone but it’s really hard to actually “connect”. This is where this site comes in. See Maribeth and I decided that being able to really reach out and take accountability to a whole new level is KEY to success. I mean, when you reach a milestone it’s amazing to have someone who does jumping jacks over the news because they know what you’ve been through. And if you were to fall off the proverbial wagon you are really going to need a hand getting back on before you are run over and dragged for a month.
So are you interested?! Here’s how it works:
- Send an email to us at connectkind@gmail.com requesting to be featured.
- Include a picture and your weightloss story plus fun facts about yourself.
- Tell us what kind of bestie you are hoping to find.
- Tell us your Weight Watchers connect username.
We will post your story on connectKIND to inspire others and help you connect with others. If someone really “clicks” with your story they can email us with contact information. We will forward that information on to YOU! And bingo. You are connected.
If you feel like you don’t know where to start writing down the story of your journey you can read ours first! Maribeth and Liz have written their stories down and hope that will inspire you to share your own as well.
NOTE: Not only will this be a GREAT place to find friends, but it will serve as an AMAZING source of inspiration. You do not need to be at your goal weight or even succeeding at the Weight Watchers program to be featured here. All stories are wanted and valued.
